Re-Credentialing

Insurance companies require providers to be re-credentialed every 2-3 years. Failing to re-credential will cause the insurance company to drop you from their roster. If you continue to see clients after your contract has expired, you will not be reimbursed for services. Let JDR handle your re-credentialing needs by submitting all re-credentialing documents and agreements to ensure that you are being paid properly for the services provided.
CAQH

Your CAQH profile is the healthcare industry’s resource that allows providers to self-report practice and professional information to insurance companies.
It is vital to keep your CAQH profile accurate and up-to-date. CAQH profile information is used for claims administration, credentialing, directory services, and more.

Once your profile is created re-attestation is required every 120 days (180 days for Illinois providers) to ensure your information is accurate for health plan use.

The JDR staff will create, and/or update your existing CAQH profiles. Ongoing updates are automatically completed to ensure continuous network participation with established insurance companies.

Demographic Updates
As your practice grows and changes, insurance companies require periodic updates. Adding a new location means that your existing contracts need to be updated to reflect the changes. Incorrect demographic information can lead to the termination of an existing contract or billing issues. JDR can assist with the following:
